Privacy policy

What we collect

We store the email address linked to your account. When you generate copy we store the product link or photo you provide, the AI-identified product details, and the generated variants. If you connect a store or social account (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or Instagram), we store your account handle and the API credentials needed to fetch your sales figures. Messages you send from the Contact page are stored with your email so we can reply. When you purchase a subscription, our payment provider collects your name, email, and billing details to process the order.

How we use it

Your product inputs are used only to generate marketing copy for you, and your account credentials are used only to pull performance statistics such as revenue, orders, and top products. If you publish to Instagram, we post only the content you explicitly choose, to the account you connected. We never sell your data or use it to train public models.

Third parties

Store and social data is fetched directly from Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Instagram using your own credentials. Your copy generations use our AI provider solely to produce your content. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which handles your billing details directly. We do not share your personal data with anyone else.

Advertising

On the desktop web version of the app, we show ads served by Google AdSense. These ads are not shown in the mobile app. Ad partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites; you can manage your ad settings through Google's ads preferences. We do not collect advertising identifiers from the mobile app.

Your data & your rights

Your generations, store connections, and contact messages belong to you and are only visible to your account. You can delete any generation, delete your contact messages, or disconnect a store at any time from the app, which removes its stored credentials. You can also delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page at any time.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will surface them in the app before they take effect.
